Every project begins with something simple—a dream, a thought, an idea. Our job is to help you see where that idea can go.

At SB3D Studio, we believe visualization should be part of the creative process, not simply something produced at the end of it. We work alongside our clients to explore ideas, understand possibilities, refine designs, and ultimately create compelling visualizations that communicate a project clearly and beautifully.

Whether the project is a residence, landscape, rooftop amenity, commercial environment, architectural concept, or product, our passion is bringing ideas into a three-dimensional world where they can be experienced before they are built.

Our background in design gives us a different perspective on visualization. Founder Bruno Sanabria earned his degree in Landscape Architecture in 2008 and was recognized with the American Society of Landscape Architects Student Honor Award among his graduating class. That foundation in design, combined with years of working alongside architects, engineers, contractors, landscape architects, and product designers, allows us to understand not only how something should look—but how it comes together.

Over the years, our work has taken us throughout South Florida, the Caribbean, Mexico, New York City, and beyond, from private residences and suburban properties to waterfront environments, rooftop amenity decks, landscapes, and larger architectural projects.

Visualization as Part of the Design Process

Traditionally, 3D visualization is introduced toward the end of a project as a way to present the finished design to a client, investor, or audience.

We prefer to bring it in much earlier.

By developing projects in 3D throughout the design process, our clients can better understand scale, materials, spatial relationships, landscaping, furnishings, lighting, and the overall experience of a space. More importantly, they can participate in the decisions that shape the project before those decisions become expensive to change in the field.

A great rendering may help close the deal, but visualization can do much more than that.

We don't just want to show you what your project will look like. We want to help you understand how it will take shape.

SB3D Studio collaborates with professionals across multiple disciplines to transform existing drawings, plans, sketches, CAD files, and design concepts into detailed 3D models and finished visualizations.

Sometimes you need a polished photorealistic rendering. Sometimes you simply need a well-developed 3D model to help study a space, solve a problem, or communicate an idea. We tailor our involvement to what the project actually needs.

Our Process

Every project begins with a conversation.

From there, our process may include site photography, field measurements, investigative research, review of drawings and 3D models, material selections, furnishings, landscape elements, and the details that ultimately give a project its character.

Then we bring everything together—environment, entourage, lighting, camera, and action.

We are designers by nature: curious, meticulous, visual, and constantly asking how something can be better.

We genuinely enjoy what we do, and there is something incredibly rewarding about watching an idea that once existed only in someone's imagination begin to feel real.
